Best service of its kind.

It’s another trap, sign up easy but good luck figuring out how to cancel your membership. There’s even a link that says “cancel membership” that simply says “contact support” when I click it. Whatever. I’m sick of these gimmicks.

Having tried many different streaming services I’ve come to the conclusion that YouTube TV is by far the absolute best!

Guys its been more then a month since support for iPhone X apps was launched and still the app is not updated to support the iPhone X . That combined with the lack of support for Apple TV is making me hate a service I was looking so long for ! Embarrassing for google devs ...

Shows which should be available arent. Shows which are available at one time, one day, arent available, at the same time, the next. The final straw, however, was an unremovable update pop-up at the climax of a show I was watching!

But please get a Roku version please

Rating a 3 until they release the Apple TV app then I’ll give it 5 stars. This app was the last straw in us cutting the cord. We love it. It’s super easy to use. I can’t believe set top boxes aren’t this easy to use. Video color can be a little muted watching live sports but I like saving the money from cable. I have this and the “directv now” app and we don’t need cable anymore. Please release the Apple TV app soon!!!

Very buggy when used on iPad or iPhone with Chromecast device. With Chromecast it will lock up when commercials are inserted, if I switch to another app then come back to Youtube TV, and at several other random times. When that happens you need to manually close the app, restart the app, disconnect from Chromecast (because strangely, sometimes the show keeps streaming to your Chromecast even after you’ve shut down the app), close the app again, restart the app again, connect to Chromecast, then finally pick up where you left off. At best when using Chromecast, you’ll be able to watch two shows in a row before this happens again. On the iPad or iPhone directly it doesn’t seem to lock up as much but it’s still kludgy. Needs a way to smoothly fast forward or rewind in addition to the 10 or 15 second jumps back and forth. The go-to-start and go-to-end buttons are too close to the 15 second back and forth buttons. Sometimes you’ll be trying to skip an ad and instead you jump to the end. Then you need to hunt for where you were because there is no smooth way to fast forward or rewind. Maybe someone at Google should buy an old VCR, study the remote and implement the interface in this app? Better still, buy Rovi to get the TiVo brand and interface and implement that! I’ve been using for 5 months now and if the bugs don’t go away, as much as it will kill me, I might have to go back to Comcast. (Cringing at the thought).

I cancelled all my other apps services to get this one. So far I have been happy.

While this idea is cool the $40 charge after 24 hours of installing the app is terrible. This important information is buried way down at the bottom. I cancelled but am stuck with this thing for a month. I feel completely ripped off.

Excellent interface ... no lag. Great service. Do you have plans to increase the stream to 60fps from 30fps ?

I just left Verizon Fios, and after using that app to stream the YouTube TV App is so much better. Ive not has any issue with it crashing and casting to TV works great. Only thing with using the app, when you want to fast forward it’s not as easy as having a remote. Hope they also add some More channels, specifically TBS.

Update for iPhone X full screen support PLEASE

I replaced my Hulu account with this account and it is absolutely fantastic. I love the services I love that I couldn’t watch network television and any shows that I want my favorite series and have access to more television that I’ve ever had with cable television. Absolutely worth the money

Never got my 30 day trial and was charged 40 bucks. Called support and got a not my department. Useless

When the billing circle end, it’s goes back to the free trial version, automatic renew charged $39.99. Boom!! Now at the free trial version, clicked already a member ? Won’t do sh...t!! And forced me to pay another $39.99 to login again. Happened to me three times for 3 months and took 15 days to get a refund back to my account. I had to get help from Apple Pay to get my money back, because YouTube TV doesn’t have actual real person to talk to for technical supports. by the way, just keep waiting for that Chrome TV device in the mail as their promised to send to you after 1 month of membership. After 3 month still waiting;)
