Can’t watch outside USA. Horrible for travelers.

YouTube TV is a great service. Excellent for those that want TV but don’t want to spend stupid cable prices. The Chromecast support, though, is terrible. You’d think Google would be good at supporting the device they made! The recent update made it almost unusable. If you leave the app and go back in, say to skip commercials, you have a 90% chance it’s out of sync with the Chromecast. The only way to get it back is to close and reopen the app (which connects to the device but gives no controls), stop the show, start it back up, hope it works, and then continue. It’s never worked great, but this is by far the worst it’s worked.

Dont even begin the free trial unless you are 100% certain that you want their service. The roadblocks that they put in your way preventing cancellation are very frustrating.

OK so when I’m reading reviews I’m reading and sort of understanding but I do not have an Apple television… So when people are talking about using apple remotes that is pertaining to Apple television only? Then again I read about home Google – does that support all TVs? guess I could Google all these questions but I thought I would give this review a try… $35 does seem like a lot but doesn’t! Considering what we pay for television these days my concern is are you going to be adding more television shows like lifetime??

I love watching YouTube TV on my ipones as well as using the app through Apple TV. Works very well on the IOS system.

Pricing switch is lame.

This is the best thing out there in TV now, but it’s still flawed. - missing Picture-in-picture on the iPad - loses connection too often from chromecast - makes you watch ads on programs you’ve recorded if they’re available on On Demand - occasionally misses recordings when traveling out of home market

This is a moment of reality when tv customers are given a break. Thanks to the cable cutters and the ingenuity. I would like to request that food and travel channel be added on.

Looks promising but needs more content. I need HGTV and (VH1) Rupaul Drag Race to buy your product. Let me know when you get those shows/networks.

Very well organized and intuitive so if anticipates your interests. More than what I expected.

I think the app is great just wondering when guys will let me cast to PS4 like I do with the regular YouTube app would be a nice touch

Great service with reasonable fee. Im opting out until I see Bein Sports to watch La Liga. Ill use Sling TV till then.

I’ve had Youtube TV since launch. I switched from Sling TV and glad I did. Much better connection. I have seen great improvements from this TV app. They continue to add channels and happy they recently added NBA and MLB. Ditch the contract cable networks you won’t be disappointed.

Now that my area has local channels this is one of my go to streaming devices. DVR is fast and effortless.

No real issues. Selection of channels for my area was small when program first came out, but they are steadily adding channels. I enjoy it a lot. DVR feature is nice. Simple controls.

I liked it overall.....Please add more Spanish channels.

So-called free trial ended up costing $40+, because YouTube and iTunes will end your free trial and bill you a day early! SOME FREE TRIAL! I was told the trial ends on the 9th, but they billed me on the morning of the 8th! Beware of this sneaky billing practice if you sign up for the free trial, because neither company will refund your money. I can maybe kind of understand billing a day early if I had a paid subscription going, but a "free trial" should be just that, not a method to bilk people out of their cash. Stupid shady baloney. I will never give any company a dime through iTunes again, and YouTube has permanently lost my YouTubeRed business.

This app is garbage until it supports native iOS picture in picture mode, 60fps on all channels that air sports. NBC owned, Turner owned, and CBS owned channels need 60fps now!! Samsung smart TV also needs 60fps on all channels ASAP.

Enrolled in YouTube TV with my Roku and found my current provider PlayStation Vue much better in terms of variety of options and navigation. Then went to cancel and it says to visit the website on my laptop which is terrible and doesn’t work. Then tried the app but it doesn’t work either. Then tried website on my iPhone and it too doesn’t work to cancel. I tried going to Apple subscriptions but it doesn’t show. I’m going to have to dispute the transaction for the first charge and cancel my card and get a new card to make sure I’m not charged again. So I’ll have to change all my other recurring stuff like Netflix, Spotify and PS Vue that actually work like they’re supposed to just to cancel the YouTube tv. PS the developers suggestion below doesn’t work
