I cannot get the trial canceled.. I have tried everything. I then called the 1 800 help number and I was told if they canceled it for me, there would be a 49.99 cancellation fee!!!! They said I had to cancel on the app for free. It WILL not work from the app!!! This is a scam from YouTube!!!! My trial ends tomorrow...help!!

Canceling should be easier than this! The directions say to visit the website, but clicking the link on the website takes you back to the app which states I need to cancel on the website. I’m beyond frustrated!

Best thing since slice bread

I absolutely love this app. The design is so clean. I love the channels. And I love the YouTube Red. This is everything I can dream for. They took my two favorite things, YouTube and TV and put them into one. I recommend this to anyone and everyone who is considering. This is leaps and bound better than Direct TV Now.

We are currently doing the 7 day trial. I love that it has all the basic channels. I’m not a huge tv person so this is enough for me however we really enjoy HGTV, food network, and TLC and none of these are available. We love the price and that it has sports available. We will continue the trial and see if it is worth it.

More channels have been added, with no increase in cost-Thank you! App is still not available on Firestick. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good product, waiting for additional channels, and more device compatibility. Might get 5 stars then!

Finally, someone has mastered live streaming TV and more. I can view sports, news, movies, TV shows etc. from multiple TV locations controlled by my Smart phone, pad devices or my PC. The Technology improves every day. Trust me, they’re on it! “ Cut the cord and get on board with YouTube TV” at 67 years old I never thought I’d live to see the day. I’ve been using it continuously for four months and I love it.

Clarity is amazing. Also there is little buffering. Definitely convinced me to cancel my Sling Subscription.

Way too many commercials for a paid service, some movies or shows its every 5 min, yeah I timed it.

Giving it a one star because I’m unable to connect to my smart tv. Just like I’m able to cast videos from the YouTube app to my tv, I should be able to do the same with this app

I like it. I don’t have traditional cable so this is perfect for me. I just wish there was CC available. If I was deaf I guess I’d just be out of luck huh?

3/15/18 Had to lower stars because they put out an iPhone update that makes it impossible to switch what you are watching without disconnecting and reconnecting from Chromecast. They just keep putting out buggy versions. This is a far superior tv service to Hulu tv however I have to restart my phone and chromecast several times a day to watch stuff. Now more frequently. I enjoy the DVR, guide, movie selection, and not having to pay for Comcast very much! Best service maybe ever, but I cant give it high stars because its an App rating. I frequently have to disconnect and reconnect to chromecast just to unpause and then I loose my place. Its frustrating!!! The guide needs work in letting you see whats on next. Its impossible to read about other movies or browse because the app starts what page youre on. Other then buggy iPhone app issues, the streaming quality is great, they keep adding channels, customer service really does try, and it the app is easy to use. The unlimited DVR sure is motivation to stay with this service and for the price its certainly beyond worth it!

YouTube TV is currently the best choice if you’re looking for an Internet tv provider. A few tweets could make it even more user friendly. 1. Ability to use it on multiple devices at the same time on the same account. As long as the viewer watches two different shows on different devices from the same account. 2. Add GSN and NFL Network if possible. But it’s worth the money you pay. I had tried other providers in the past (PlayStation Vue, Direct Now, Hulu, and others) YouTube TV by far has the best user experience and the unlimited DVR is the cherry on the cake.

Love the app and have been pleasantly surprised since leaving Directv. There are some improvements that would be awesome to see. I wish that there was some sort of “More Info” in the live guide to see program information like what the program is about. The Apple TV app is very jumpy in the interface and skips all over the place. I wish there was a “page up/down” instead of scrolling through all the channels. Otherwise, very happy with the service.

We did our research before cutting the cable chord. YouTube TV offered us just enough to make the jump. Who needs that much tv anyway? We have Apple TV and a Netflix account, so this was the perfect final piece of the trifecta. I would like to see PBS and a cooking channel added, but overall, it’s perfect for a working family with a young child who don’t consume that much TV to begin with. It’s early and I’m sure it will get better. This was a good start.

That app just works the way it is suppose to. I’ve had almost zero issues in almost a year with the app and the service. Best television provider & DVR service I have ever used.

Great interfaces but the Apple TV app scrolling through channels is slow and you cannot favorite channels so you don’t have to scroll through all of them. Also when you press the menu button while watching a channel the channel list should start you off at the channel you are on not at the top. YouTube TV needs the food network, MTV, travel channel, and HGTV at no additional cost then I would make the switch. For now I cannot justify not having food network and MTV for that price as those are the channels I care about the most.

The high definition and the speed is phenomenal.

I love the idea & the channels offered for the price. I think the layout needs work and I wish you could delete shows after you watch them.
