Not worth the amount paid. You still have to still through ads. It’s a big scam. Would not recommend.

My 7 day trial is over, but I did request Turner Network channels, such as CNN, Cartoon Network, etc. during my trial period. Now, you have followed through and got those channels. AWESOME! I also like the fact that your app is available on smart TVs such as my LG model. Soon, I maybe canceling my Directv NOW service and sticking with YouTube TV. Keep up the wonderful services, Google Folks!

The worlds largest advertising company wants me to log in/create an account so they can track what I watch while I pay them. LOL. Garbage.

YouTube tv rocks coming from Hulu live and the constant loss of service eruptions the final straw for me was their failure to have a stable broadcast for the SEC championship game and the constant disruption of nfl games on Sunday afternoon/night & Monday night football. On a whim I switched over to YouTube TV and have not had any service disruptions and their broadcast of the Super Bowl was rock solid crystal clear no stuttering like Hulu live. I’ve now been a customer since December and am very impressed. Excellent value money well spent!

YTtv was once fairly flawless, but lately, as I scroll through the live feed, the app freezes. The only way to access any channels or tabs, is by force closing the app then reopen it. This is frustrating.

Video freezes every 20 mins on Roku then needs to restart.

The Apple TV app finally came out. That’s a plus. More channels as well but hey are missing one of the most important channels. That is MLB Network. PlayStation Vue has it in 2nd to lowest tier. If it can come to YouTube tv than I would most likely get rid of PS Vue.

Updating: Is available on apple TV now. I’ve just given Xfinity the long overdue shove-off. Viva la Youtube TV!!! Very worth it, and will take near $75 off of my monthly subscription even after upgrading my internet subscription to better support the streaming across multiple devices.

Cable was so expensive we cancelled it. Haven’t had it for over 2 years. Yes I’ve missed it , a lot actually! But I refused to pay not only an arm and a leg but a foot and a hand too. I LOVE the price, and love that we can record as well. Now I can only pray they get Discovery ID and the History channel. Then it will be heaven!!

I have only had the chrome cast for two weeks but so far so good. I love the freedom of choosing when and what I want to watch.

Pros: -great playback on iPhone X and ipad -definitely better than Sling TV (smoother and non-pixelated streaming) -more channels than other streaming services, including more live sports in the basic $35/mo price level -free online recording function...have yet to check playback function / quality Con: -static playback especially live sports on my 1st gen chromecast.. May be due to older Chromecast... Will update review when I update to a 2nd Gen Chromecast

I really, really wanted to love this service. I patiently waited until it was available in my area. Then I patiently waited until it was available on a platform I could use (Apple TV). So I was so excited when it all came together. Unfortunately, the service is not ready for prime time. Ironically, prime time is exactly when it comes up short. The picture quality is not good. Not nearly as good as my $27/month “Welcome Pack” from Dish Network I’ve had for six years. During the day, the stream quality is pretty good, but for some reason in the evening it is really quite bad. I’m confident it’s the service YouTubeTV and not my internet connection nor the Apple TV because I can steam Netflix, Hulu, PBS Kids, etc at the same time of day with impeccable quality using the same connection and platform. Other issues: while watching YouTubeTV on AppleTV, my ability to use the remote often freezes. Switching to other apps, the remote is fine. I close the YouTubeTV app, reopen it, and it works fine. Having to do that every 30 minutes is frustrating. Once again, that problem does NOT occur with other apps on AppleTV. Another point of frustration is that, when recording shows, there’s no option I can find to record only new episodes. I realize I have unlimited DVR storage, which is a great feature, but having to sift through the new episodes vs reruns is unnecessarily frustrating. With these improvements, this will be the absolute best option for TV. Better than any cable, satellite, or live streaming TV option. Here’s to hoping.

Just signed up for you tube tv on new apple 4K tv. App stops working, cannot use the app. Google......fix it before the 7 day trial ends. Or hello PlayStation cue, directv now, etc.

Love it! But every time I adjust the volume on my phone if I go into another app the tv turns back up to full volume. This is an issue when my baby is napping as it happens suddenly. If you go to another app for more than 30 mins you have to reestablish connection to the chromecast from the app. Aside from these small issues, it’s a great deal for the price and with unlimited dvr I never run out of episodes of Mickey Mouse clubhouse for my 2 year and old.

1. open app 2. Try to scroll using Apple TV app on iPhone. 3. Nothing I have to close the app reopen it to make it work for one more selection. Close, open and repeats or each selection.
