Not free trial!

Tried to sign up for the ‘free trial’ but was charged immediately for the full month
Then tried to get it on my web enabled tv and it’s not allowing it
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
And no way to contact them to troubleshoot!
Terrible!!!!
