Flawed implementation

Love the ABILITY to watch TV from anywhere on pretty much any kind of device (TV, iPad, computer, etc).

That said, the DVR is WAY harder to use than it should be, IOS app REGULARLY fails to track the watched status of shows which is a HUGE problem since you can’t delete anything, and can’t just record new shows (it records EVERYTHING) so you’re always wondering what you have that hasn’t been watched. Also, there’s no one place to see what I’ve recorded that I haven’t watch yet, there’s New Episodes, but that automatically flushes episodes out after a week, and then you have to check show by show to see what might be waiting for you. FINALLY, if you wait too long, your recording converts from a DVR recording that lets you skip commercials to an On-Demand recording which does not let you skip commercials.

Worth keeping due to local channels, unlimited DVR and the price, but it could be SO MUCH easier to use......
