Stuck on "finding home area"

I have location services on, Im using the same home wifi I use to watch YouTube Tv on my iMac but it cant seem to resolve my location.

I have had it spinning for over 20 minutes now. Restarted my iPad and tried again, same thing. The service is great but this app seems to have a lot of problems.
