You made it hard to cancel

I wasted so much times to go around like crazy trying to cancel membership, first from my iPhone but after signing in it said I have to go on the website to cancel. Then I went on the iPad trying to get into the full website, but it didnt happen and kept redirecting me into the app. Then installed Google chrome app instead of using safari. However the full website on Google chrome has advertising only and ma link to sign up not to sign in. Also I tried Apple TV settings membership account but no ways. So now I have to find my laptop and try to run it which I havent use for several months.
