Cannot Cast to TV

I have to delete and re download this app every time I want to cast something to my TV. I love YouTube tv and all of its functions but can’t cast to my TV from the app unless I delete and re download it. The cast button appears in the upper right hand corner and works perfectly, but as soon as I disconnect or close out the app the button disappears until I delete and re download. Is there a fix for this???
