Rip off

I tried to download a trial to You Tube Tv. Unknowingly did not realize it would not work on ROKU! Can’t call a human being. Ripped me off of $40.00!!!
Others have complained about this too! Time for me to ditch apple!

I will still charged for services I can’t receive!!! Rip off!!! I’m done with Apple
