Cancelling so difficult

I can’t “cancel my YouTube TV membership at anytime.” I can’t cancel via the phone app, Xbox app, or website. The Xbox app refers me to the website or mobile app. The website refers me to an article. The article refers me to the app. The app brings me back to the article. This article states I can cancel at anytime and gives a link to the Apple site where I could cancel my subscription if it were through them. I didn’t have a subscription set up through Apple. I hit cancel via the app and I’m prompted with “contact support with more information.” Finally in touch with support and they end my subscription... why not allow me to just cancel and live my life.

TLDR: wish there were just 1 or 2 more channels. Watching away from home is kinda trash because you can’t watch your local channels being away from your home zip. Ending subscription was painful 3/5
