That used to be good except now that they are making it extremely difficult to even change locations. I gotta go to a web browser versus the app, etc.

Not a fan. Can’t watch movies I wanna watch without having to pay for a subscription from a different service. Almost a slap in the face think I’d rather give my money to dish or direct honestly.

Ridiculous just how much they’ve raised the cost of the app and the lag and delay in sports programs is awful. I thought this was great at first but they kept raising the price and now it seems regular cable is worth it like with Xfinity. Disappointed is an understatement and to top this off they randomly charged me again despite selecting to totally cancel and now i have to wait to get my money back. Use other apps!

Too many ads. Ads keep playing for ever.

Roku app constantly requiring login. Crashes frequently. Terrible.

Can’t watching in tablet or phone apps no working

Literally the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. I can pause a stream for 30 seconds. Start it again and it will still buffer every 15 seconds at 720p on 5G. Just a horrible app.

Your sponsored adds scream at us. Turn them down!

Overall love youtube TV, but please put a lock feature on the iphone app, so the suggested other shows can't be accidentally tapped.

This app needs it badly. Like fubo is not perfect but that still a lot better. You really need to bring the YouTube video player gestures swipe up to full screen and down to minimize but man please give this app some love

Don’t waste your money! I got YouTube TV to watch March Madness with the multi-screen feature. The problem is that the picture would often freeze, completely defeating the purpose of the feature. That along with not being able to choose the channels for multi-screen, make this app useless for sports fans. Perhaps if they wouldn’t have spent all that money on Sunday Ticket, they would have money to build out a proper multi-screen feature.

The App is glitchy when syncing Watched status. The sort/filter options are poor for the user’s library. We should at least be able to tag Favorites

It is very frustrating if you have a question that is not on the preordained help. “Contact us” is never replied to. Help links that they direct you to have links that don’t work or the menu has different options. I was given 2 choices for my home network. One choice is a city that we get on our HD antenna and is in a different state. The other choice is a city 4 hours away and those local channels don’t have our weather. There is an urban area 2 hours away that will have our weather and local sports, but that’s not an option for us. This problem is not on the help menu. There are many cool Options on this service, but I dislike not have the best viewing for our rural area, and being ignored

This dual-factor authentication stuff is beyond stupid. Have to get ANOTHER person to scan my phone just to log in to the TV with my account? Massive L

I’ve been a YouTube TV member now since February of this year, as a blind user I couldn’t ask for better support with voiceover and my iPhone. It is also easy to work on my remote for my Vizio TV with the talkback feature on. Thank y’all so much for making it easy to use For The Blind. Would love it if y’all could add the history channel and MeTV.

Nice UI, generally works and picks up where you left off, really wish it was able to watch recordings in multiple speeds (slider or 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.0 speed) just like YouTube.

I have tried six different times to connect. Even though I am a Google subscriber.

Seems the playback issue has been fixed now it’s not blurry. Best dvr out there

I set to record AIR , the movie. When I went to watch it showed the ending first!!!!! Then at the end of recording it stopped recording before the end of movie!!! Totally ruined it for me and such a waste of time. Not thrilled with the experience of YouTube TV

The platform is ok, layout on the TV doesn’t make a lot of sense and a little clunky. The app is a serious issue, can’t use it if you’re even a few miles from home, I was still in town but away from home, wanted to watch final minutes of playoff game and wouldn’t work cause I wasn’t at home. The phone app is for when you’re not at home. Bad news.

App is very solid. But YouTube tv has been offering a multi-view option for too long now to still be so restrictive on what can be added to the current channel. I’m trying to watch basketball and I can’t mix a men’s game and a woman’s game in the same screen. Seems lazy at a minimum and kinda sexist at its worst.

First of all, the cost is ridiculous. After paying about $83.00, I would expect to be add free, but, no. Then to top it all off, they attempted to charge me a week early for the next months service. Just a bad experience. My mistake for not canceling before the trial was over. Anyways, buyer beware. If you plan on canceling, do it a week early.

I'm tired of resetting the picture quality on my iPad Pro 13-inch M4 from 240p to 1080p. Fix your app already. I have all the new updates for the app and my iPad. I rebooted the iPad, but it did not fix the issue. The issue is not on my end; it's with the YouTube TV app. Issue has been resolved and rating updated.

Myself and everyone is paying too much for this service for the video quality to remain on Auto or Low Quality. Despite changing the settings and being connected to WiFi, the video resolution is terrible.

Picture quality has gone down significantly over the last couple weeks. Whatever the last update was made the streaming quality unwatchable

I love this app but everytime I open it it defaults to low quality and I have to change it. I have looked everywhere to change my setting to not default to a low quality and I can’t find it on this app but can on the normal YouTube app.

Does not function properly at all

For the last few months. This app is defaulting all channels to 240p quality resulting in very blurry videos. The problem does not correct itself until I manually set it to 720p or 1080p for each and every channel only to have it reset beck to 240p when I change channels. I’ve done all the normal troubleshooting and can confirm I have a fast 35mb per second connection. Streaming YouTube via my browser works great. Please fix or I will be cancelling.

You pay 82 buck for what to still have ads and there like 5 min long and there is not that many movies

Since the latest update, YouTube TV is stuck at 240p on my iPad, while it works fine on Apple TV. Clearly an app issue—needs a fix ASAP.

App is trash they auto put u at 240p or lower no matter if your carrier and phone setting are on best picture quality even does it on WiFi

I like to see if we could open a YouTube channel for my cooking business

They play the same add over and over every comercial break, really annoying, plus streaming quality is set to auto and is always the worst, no option to change that

I couldn’t even watch anything

The live grid on iPad app is now nearly useless. Can’t advance to listings hours ahead, can’t see as many listings in one view. Cumbersome, even less value after price increases and channel deletions.

You guys are changing way too much for this garbage app to 1) get caught up on my location to LIMIT my service even when i updated my location services and 2) NOT have new episodes available that recently aired when im on a premium plan. This is unacceptable

Recently, maybe the last update or two, YTTV on iPad cannot maintain resolution on auto. Every other app like ESPN is fine on my fiber. And when you fix the resolution to 720p only, it sticks…but auto resolution is not working and looks like garbage.

I sure hate that YouTube TV app isn’t accessible for blind users anymore. Can it crash is too much now! Can you please fix that?

You are not competitive with your opponents . The monthly price is too much

I absolutely love YouTube TV however over the past couple days we are not able to stream from ANY PHONE! Been asking for assistance. Is there a way to help a brotha out? MCB

Please add speed controls (1.5x etc) for playback in the app like you have for the web and for the regular YouTube app. No reason not to have this.

App has been solid for 2 years straight, but suddenly in the last 24 hours I noticed that videos are playing back fuzzy/low resolution. Can’t find anything online as to why. iPhone is running latest, WiFi is solid and so is cellular. Watching on Mac via WiFi is looking great and sharp so it’s limited to an iOS app issue.

I just wish it had a tab where you could see upcoming events like for me all schedule soccer games in just one section. Thats all I need

Price gouging

Shows up early morning and not current time of day so have to scroll to current time. Didn’t use to do that. So plus having to scroll to get to regular used channels also have to scroll to current time. I. This day and age of computers that shouldn’t be a problem. Fix it!

I have a lot of problems with this app relative to what it costs. It glitches and has either the audio moving faster than the video or vice versa. Also hate that if I wanna rewatch a series it will involuntarily skip to the newest episode. Like if I’m in S1E5 of an episode, at the end it will autoplay S24E16 and there’s no option to avoid this. Even 5 minutes ago I had to delete and reinstall the app because of glitches. You can’t charge $80/mo for a subscription with this many problems.
